ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2 business days to process your order.
Orders to residential addresses are shipped with Authority To Leave for our courier. This means if no one is available to sign for your order, your items will be left at your address. We recommend using a delivery address such as a work, school or business address to ensure a smooth delivery. Orders are unable to be redirected once shipped and re-delivery fees to the same address may apply in certain scenarios.

Flat rate shipping fee of $8.00 applies to orders shipping in Australia.
FREE Shipping for orders over $90 in Australia.
Refund policy
If you discover a fault or problem with our product or want a refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by email: admin@craftnation.com.au
To be eligible for a refund the product you are returning must be:
- Purchased within the last 30 days
- Undamaged, unused and unmarked
- In their original condition
- In their original packaging
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Craft Nation does not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
